EPA Proposes PFAS Reporting Exemptions
WASHINGTON, Nov. 13 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency proposed modifications to the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) rule for reporting and recordkeeping requirements for perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS).
