WASHINGTON, Nov. 13 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency finalized a rule to provide an extension for compliance dates related to the Workplace Chemical Protection Program (WCPP) for non-federal industrial or commercial laboratories that use methylene chloride.
