WASHINGTON, Nov. 13 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration has issued a final rule to update Standard Instrument Approach Procedures (SIAPs) and associated Takeoff Minimums and Obstacle Departure Procedures (ODPs) for operations at various airports.
