FRANKFORT, Kentucky, Feb. 22 -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission (PSC) has adjusted Kentucky Power's electric service rates following a ruling by the Franklin Circuit Court. The adjustment, effective for service rendered on or after February 21, 2025, reflects the court's reversal of a previous PSC decision.

The decision, issued in Case No. 2024-00287, allows Big Sandy RECC to protect certain commercially sensitive data from public disclosure for a period of ten years.
