Ky. PSC: Big Sandy Rural Electric Cooperative Granted Confidential Treatment for Bid Information

FRANKFORT, Kentucky, Feb. 22 -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission (PSC) has granted Big Sandy Rural Electric Cooperative Corporation's (Big Sandy RECC) motion for confidential treatment of right-of-way bid information. The decision, issued in Case No. 2024-00287, allows Big Sandy RECC to protect certain commercially sensitive data from public disclosure for a period of ten years.
