FRANKFORT, Kentucky, Feb. 22 -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission (PSC) has officially closed Case No. 2022-00263, which involved an electronic examination of Kentucky Power Company's fuel adjustment clause (FAC) application from November 1, 2021, through April 30, 2022. The decision comes after the Commission consolidated the record of this proceeding into a related case, No. 2023-00008.
