FRANKFORT, Kentucky, Feb. 22 -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission (PSC) has granted a motion to admit Jacob Elkin, an attorney from Pennsylvania, to practice law before the Commission in Case No. 2024-00370. This case involves the electronic application of East Kentucky Power Cooperative, Inc. for certificates of public convenience and necessity to construct new generation resources, a site compatibility certificate, approval of demand-side management tariffs, and other general relief.
