DEA Revokes Registration of Palm Springs Physician Ayoub Over Expired License
WASHINGTON, May 7 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Justice Drug Enforcement Administration has issued a final decision revoking the Certificate of Registration of Edmund Ayoub Jr., M.D., a physician based in Palm Springs, California, on the grounds that he no longer holds legal authority to handle controlled substances in the state where he is registered.

DOE Finalizes Withdrawal of Coverage for Miscellaneous Gas Products Under Energy Conservation Program
WASHINGTON, May 7 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Energy Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy has issued a final rule withdrawing its previous determination that miscellaneous gas products (MGPs)--including decorative hearths and outdoor heaters--qualify as covered consumer products under the Energy Policy and Conservation Act (EPCA).
