WASHINGTON, May 7 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration FAA has issued a notice of proposed rulemaking that would establish a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all Bombardier, Inc., Model BD-100-1A10 aircraft, which includes the Challenger 300 and 350 business jet series.
