WASHINGTON, July 31 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Justice is seeking public comment on a proposed consent decree that would resolve Clean Air Act and Arkansas environmental law claims against Domtar A.W. LLC over emissions at its kraft paper and pulp mill in Ashdown, Arkansas.
