EPA Finalizes Approval of Oklahoma, Texas Regional Haze Plans
WASHINGTON, Dec. 5 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has taken final action to approve several revisions to the regional haze state implementation plans (SIPs) submitted by Oklahoma and Texas, concluding a multi-year effort to satisfy federal requirements for improving visibility in U.S. national parks.

WASHINGTON, Dec. 6 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency received six environmental impact statements (EIS) filed between Nov. 21 and Dec. 1, 2025.
These documents, submitted by Federal agencies, initiate the required public review process under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).

EPA Reinstates Earlier Compliance Dates for Coke Oven Emission Standards
WASHINGTON, Dec. 5 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency revoked an interim final rule that had extended compliance deadlines for air pollution standards for coke oven facilities.

WASHINGTON, Dec. 6 (TNSFR) -- The Malden Regional Airport & Industrial Park, Missouri, has moved forward with a request to the U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration to sell a 0.52-acre parcel of federally obligated airport property.

Farm Credit Administration Proposes Removing Troubled Debt Restructuring Category
WASHINGTON, Dec. 5 (TNSFR) -- The Farm Credit Administration proposes to amend its rules regarding high-risk loan performance categories, primarily by removing the classification for "Formally Restructured Loans (TDR)," also known as troubled debt restructurings.
