WASHINGTON, Nov. 7 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce Patent and Trademark Office has proposed modifications to the rules of practice for inter partes review (IPR) proceedings. The changes would place strong limitations on challenging a patent at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).

State Department Amends International Traffic in Arms Regulations to Lift Defense Trade Embargo on Cambodia
WASHINGTON, Nov. 7 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of State has amended the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) to remove the defense trade embargo on Cambodia.
This action amends the ITAR at Sec.126.1 by removing Cambodia from the list of countries subject to defense trade restrictions. The rule deletes the specific policy on defense trade for Cambodia previously found in paragraph (o) of that section and revises the corresponding table.
