GAO Denies Protest by Joerns Healthcare Against VA Hospital Bed Contract
WASHINGTON, Oct. 7 -- The Government Accountability Office has denied the protest filed by Joerns Healthcare LLC, a small business from Charlotte, North Carolina, challenging its exclusion from the competitive range for a contract issued by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration for in-home hospital beds and accessories.
