Study North Carolina Opposes Proposed Rule Impacting International Students
WASHINGTON, Oct. 5 -- Study North Carolina, a registered nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting international education and global exchange, has submitted a public comment letter to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security opposing the proposed rule Docket No. ICEB20250001.
