Employment & Training Administration Amends Wage Rate Formula for Temporary Foreign Agricultural Workers
WASHINGTON, Oct. 2 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Labor Employment and Training Administration is issuing an interim final rule to change the way it calculates the hourly Adverse Effect Wage Rates (AEWRs) for temporary foreign workers employed in agricultural labor under the H-2A nonimmigrant status. This action revises the methodology for determining these wages for non-range occupations.
