WASHINGTON, Oct. 3 (TNSFR) -- OpenGMSL Association, Beaverton, Oregon, submitted written notifications of changes in its membership to the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division on Sept. 22, 2025. The submission was made pursuant to section 6(a) of the National Cooperative Research and Production Act of 1993. The purpose of this action is to extend the act's provisions that limit the recovery of antitrust plaintiffs to actual damages under certain conditions.
