FAA Amends Airspace Over Langley Air Force Base for Part-Time Tower Operations
WASHINGTON, Sept. 26 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration is modifying airspace designations over Langley Air Force Base, Hampton, Virginia. The change is being implemented because the base's air traffic control tower will operate on a part-time schedule.

WASHINGTON, Sept. 26 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration has announced its determination that noise exposure maps provided by Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, Georgia, are in compliance with applicable requirements. WASHINGTON, Sept. 26 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce International Trade Administration issued a preliminary finding that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers and exporters of silicon metal from Laos. The investigation's period was Jan. 1, 2024, through Dec. 31, 2024.

WASHINGTON, Sept. 26 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission is investigating a complaint filed by Bose Corp., Framingham, Massachusetts, concerning the importation, sale for importation and sale within the U.S. of open-ear earpiece devices. The complaint alleges violations of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 and names several respondents from China and Hong Kong.
