ITC Investigates Imports Of Open-Ear Earpiece Devices

WASHINGTON, Sept. 26 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission is investigating a complaint filed by Bose Corp., Framingham, Massachusetts, concerning the importation, sale for importation and sale within the U.S. of open-ear earpiece devices. The complaint alleges violations of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 and names several respondents from China and Hong Kong.

Bose filed the complaint on Sept. 23, 2025, and is requesting a general exclusion order or a limited exclusio . . .
