WASHINGTON, Aug. 29 -- Celsius Holdings, Boca Raton, Florida, and PepsiCo, Purchase, New York, have announced a significant expansion of their strategic partnership. The new agreement includes several key provisions, with Celsius acquiring PepsiCo's Rockstar Energy brand in the U.S. and Canada and PepsiCo acquiring $585 million in new convertible preferred stock in Celsius. As part of the deal, Celsius's Alani Nu brand will also move into PepsiCo's distribution network in the U.S. and Canada.   more
