Minnesota Historical Society to Return 7 Funerary Objects to the Chickasaw Nation
WASHINGTON, Aug. 5 (TNSFR) -- The Minnesota Historical Society is preparing to repatriate seven cultural items classified as unassociated funerary objects to the Chickasaw Nation. These items, which consist of four metal ornaments, two metal rings, and one pair of spectacles, were taken from Lee County, Mississippi, at an unknown time.
