Wash. Utilities & Transportation Commission: Avista Utilities Energy Recovery Mechanism Report Approved, Customers See Rate Decrease
WASHINGTON, June 27 -- The Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission has approved 2024 Energy Recovery Mechanism Annual Report (Docket UE-250202) by Avista Corp. dba Avista Utilities, Spokane. This approval will result in a 0.1 percent bill decrease for customers impacted by the Power Cost Surcharge - Washington.
