WASHINGTON, June 27 -- The Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission has approved 2024 Energy Recovery Mechanism Annual Report (Docket UE-250202) by Avista Corp. dba Avista Utilities, Spokane. This approval will result in a 0.1 percent bill decrease for customers impacted by the Power Cost Surcharge - Washington. The decrease is expected to be in effect from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2027.
