WASHINGTON, June 7 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is proposing a rule to approve revisions to the Iowa State Implementation Plan. This action addresses a permit modification for Alter Metal Recycling, located in Council Bluffs, Pottawattamie County, Iowa.
