WASHINGTON, June 7 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is proposing a rule to approve revisions to the Iowa State Implementation Plan.

This action addresses a permit modification for Alter Metal Recycling, located in Council Bluffs, Pottawattamie County, Iowa. The revisions pertain to the air construction permit included in Iowa's 2008 Lead National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) attainment plan for portions of Council Bluffs.
