WASHINGTON, May 30 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Highway Administration, an agency within the U.S. Department of Transportation, has proposed to rescind a rule that requires the physical incorporation of Form FHWA-1273, titled "Required Contract Provisions, Federal-aid Construction Contracts," into federal-aid construction and lower-tier subcontracts.
