FCC Overturns Audit Decisions Against Verizon/Alltel in Tribal Lifeline Program
WASHINGTON, May 28 -- The Federal Communications Commission's Wireline Competition Bureau has overturned four audit decisions by the Universal Service Administrative Co. that had denied reimbursements to Verizon/Alltel Management Trust for its participation in the Lifeline program on Tribal lands in North and South Dakota in 2007.
