WASHINGTON, May 28 -- The Federal Communications Commission's Wireline Competition Bureau has overturned four audit decisions by the Universal Service Administrative Co. that had denied reimbursements to Verizon/Alltel Management Trust for its participation in the Lifeline program on Tribal lands in North and South Dakota in 2007. The decision, adopted and released on May 27, 2025, grants Alltel's request for review, finding its compliance with program rules at the time was reasonable . . .
