CFPB Proposes to Rescind Supervisory Designation Amendments
WASHINGTON, May 14 (TNSFR) -- The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau has issued a proposed rule to rescind several amendments made in recent years to its procedures for designating nonbank entities for federal supervision.

FAA Delays Effective Date for Tarboro, North Carolina Airspace Amendment
WASHINGTON, May 14 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has announced a delay in the effective date of a final rule concerning the amendment of Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet above the surface for ECU Health Edgecombe Heliport in Tarboro, North Carolina.
Originally scheduled to take effect on June 12, 2025, the effective date has been moved to August 7, 2025, to align with the upcoming publication dates of aeronautical charts.
