WASHINGTON, May 14 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued a notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) to address an airworthiness concern regarding certain Boeing 787-9 and 787-10 aircraft.
