FRANKFORT, Kentucky, April 30 -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission (PSC) has granted a request from Louisville Gas and Electric Company (LG&E) and Kentucky Utilities Company (KU) for a deviation from electronic filing requirements. In an order issued April 30, 2025, the PSC approved the joint utility's motion to submit oversized project files related to their application for Certificates of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) via a physical thumb drive.

N.Y. PSC Approves Housekeeping Tariff Revisions for Multiple Utilities
