ALBANY, New York, Jan. 30 -- The New York Public Service Commission (PSC) has authorized W Residence LLC to submeter electricity at its new 104-unit rental building at 443 East 165th Street in the Bronx. ALBANY, New York, Jan. 30 -- The New York Public Service Commission (PSC) has authorized 118 Waverly Avenue LLC to submeter electricity at its new 15-unit rental building at 122 Waverly Avenue in Brooklyn.
