ALBANY, New York, Jan. 30 -- The New York Public Service Commission (PSC) has authorized The Twelve Seventy Fifth Ave. Cooperative, Inc. to submeter electricity at its 201-unit building at 1270 Fifth Avenue in Manhattan. The decision, issued January 29, 2025, allows residents to be billed for their actual electricity usage rather than a flat rate based on share ownership.
