Kentucky PSC Approves Water District Project & Financing
FRANKFORT, Kentucky, Jan. 8 -- The Kentucky Public Service Commission (PSC) has granted a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) to Western Pulaski County Water District. The CPCN authorizes the district to replace an aging 300,000-gallon elevated water storage tank with a new 1,000,000-gallon tank and install 600 feet of new water main.
