LANSING, Michigan, Jan. 8 -- Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel issued the following news release on Jan. 7, 2025:
Today, Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel announced the arrests and arraignments of four additional members of an alleged criminal organization responsible for the thefts of hundreds of vehicles in Southeast Michigan. The charges are a continuation of a FORCE Team investigation the Attorney General first announced in May 2024 into the alleged auto theft ring.

N.Y. PSC Announces Public Hearing on Petition for Solar Facility in Chautauqua County
ALBANY, New York, Jan. 2 -- The New York State Public Service Commission (PSC) has announced a public hearing on a petition filed by ConnectGen Chautauqua County LLC (ConnectGen) to build a 270-megawatt solar electric generation facility with battery storage in the Town of Ripley, Chautauqua County.
The proposed facility, known as the South Ripley Solar Facility, would be located on land already permitted by the New York State Office of Renewable Energy Siting (ORES). The PSC review will focus
