Ind. U.S. Attorney: Marion Man Sentenced to 262 Months in Prison
FORT WAYNE, Indiana, Oct. 30 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Indiana issued the following news release:
James Darquan McCreary, 45 years old, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, was sentenced by United States District Court Chief Judge Holly A. Brady after pleading guilty to possessing with intent to distribute cocaine and possessing a firearm as a convicted felon, announced United States Attorney Clifford D. Johnson.
