Today, Rep. Jim Banks (IN-03) introduced the End Executive Branch Amnesty Act, extensive immigration legislation to secure our border by stopping the Biden-Harris administration's abuse of Temporary Protected Status and the CHNV Parole Program, limiting the use of immigration parole, banning the use of the CBP One application as a form of identification, and reforming treatment . . .
