PHOENIX, Arizona, Nov. 23 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Arizona issued the following news release on Nov. 22, 2023: Michael Fox, 29, of Tucson, was sentenced on Monday by United States District Judge G. Murray Snow to 72 months in prison, followed by five years of supervised release.
