PHOENIX, Arizona, Nov. 23 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Arizona issued the following news release on Nov. 22, 2023:
Michael Fox, 29, of Tucson, was sentenced on Monday by United States District Judge G. Murray Snow to 72 months in prison, followed by five years of supervised release. Fox was indicted by a grand jury on September 28, 2021, and pleaded guilty to Distribution of Fentanyl on April 6, 2023.
On June 29, 2019, Fox sold three fentanyl . . .
