DAVENPORT, Iowa, Sept. 23 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Iowa, Richard D. Westphal, issued the following news release on Sept. 22, 2023:
A Rock Island, Illinois, man was sentenced on Tuesday, September 19, 2023, to 60 months in federal prison for possession with intent to distribute heroin, fentanyl, and cocaine base, and felon in possession of firearms.
