CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa, Sept. 23 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Iowa issued the following news release on Sept. 22, 2023:
A man who possessed methamphetamine with the intent to distribute it pled guilty today in federal court in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
John Trinidad Qualls, age 42, from Tucson, Arizona, was convicted of possession with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of actual (pure) methamphetamine and 500 grams or more of a mixture or su . . .
