OLYMPIA, Washington, May 13 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's National Agricultural Statistics Service - Northwest Regional Field Office issued the following news release: In Idaho, on-farm hay stocks on May 1, 2023 totaled 460,000 tons, down 13 percent from a year ago. OLYMPIA, Washington, May 13 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's National Agricultural Statistics Service - Northwest Regional Field Office issued the following news release: Based on May 1, 2023 conditions, production of winter wheat in Idaho was forecast at 60.9 million bushels, down 5 percent from 2022.
