Whitehouse and Johnson Request Referral of Justice Thomas to Attorney General
WASHINGTON, April 17 -- Rep. Henry C. 'Hank' Johnson Jr., D-Georgia, issued the following news release and letter:
Senator Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI) and Representative Hank Johnson (D-GA), today sent a letter calling on the Judicial Conference to refer Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas to the U.S. Attorney General for potential violations of the Ethics in Government Act 1978.
