URBANA-CHAMPAIGN, Illinois, Sept. 19 -- The Environmental Protection Agency issued the following news release on Sept. 17: Today, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced $999,377 in funding to the University of Illinois to research how to control and prevent harmful algal blooms (HABs).
