VICKSBURG, Mississippi, Sept. 17 -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers-Vicksburg District issued the following news release:
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Vicksburg District signed a Project Partnership Agreement (PPA) with the City of Oxford, Mississippi, on Tuesday as part of the Mississippi Environmental Infrastructure Program (Section 592).
