ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 21 -- 1234 10th Street, Sammamish, Washington, has been assigned a patent (No. 10,557,338, initially filed Sept. 18, 2014) developed by two co-inventors for "reducing the carbon emissions intensity of a fuel." The co-inventors are James Rhodes, La Jolla, California, and David William Keith, Calgary, Canada.
