ALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 22 -- The U.S. Navy has been assigned a patent (8,096,808) developed by six co-inventors for an "alternative steel and concrete target." The co-inventors are Joey Trotsky, Oxnard, Calif., Jeff Karrh, Ventura, Calif., Joseph Saenz, Camarillo, Calif., Leslie Ann Karr, Oak View, Calif., Luis Javier Malvar, Newbury Park, Calif., and James E. Tancreto, Camarillo, Calif.
