ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec 11 -- Corey James Alley of Madeira Beach, Fla., has developed an ornamental design for a portable three-rod fishing pole holder/organizer, the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office announced.

The inventor was issued U.S. Patent No. D582,508 on Dec 9.
