ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 30 -- Nobuo Ando, Kenji Kojima, Shinichi Tasaki, Hiromoto Taguchi, Tsutomu Fujii, Yukinori Hato and Chisato Marumo, all from Tokyo, have developed an electrolyte capacitor.
