ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 29 -- Hiroyuki Seki and Takamitsu Ikematsu, both of Tokai, Japan, Shunichi Oohara of Ushiku, Japan, Yoshiaki Yamauchi of Minori, Japan, Kazuo Kikuchi of Hitachi, Japan, and Seiji Okunomiya of Hitachinaka, Japan, have developed a paper feeder with separation pad.
