ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 29 -- Torsten Harms, Holger Kittler and Sven Sagner, all from Hamburg, Germany, Fred Eggers of Buxtehude, Germany, and Marcel Erang of Wilstedt, Germany, have developed a steering column assembly for vehicle.
